Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once the product has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

To request an order cancellation, customers must contact us immediately through phone or email with complete order details.

Nirma Devi Enterprises reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests depending on the order status.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered under the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Product quality issue verified by our team
  • Duplicate payment made by the customer

To request a refund, customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product along with proper proof such as product images, invoice copy, or payment details.

After verification and approval, eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable time period through the original payment method or any other suitable method decided by the company.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Delay caused by courier or logistics partners beyond company control
  • Incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer

Return Policy
